Beach Parking Permits
The City of Brigantine will offer permitted parking in the following oceanfront parking lots:
Beach Parking Areas
- Roosevelt Blvd. and Brigantine Avenue
- 16th Street and Ocean Avenue
- 26th Street and Ocean Avenue
- 34th Street and Ocean Avenue
- 38th Street and Ocean Avenue
Permits will be required starting Friday, May 24, 2024 (Memorial Day Weekend), through Monday, September 2, 2024 (Labor Day).
2024 Rates
- Seasonal $30.00
- Daily $10.00
*ParkMobile will collect a service fee at the time of purchase.
Making a Purchase through ParkMobile App or Website
If you are making a purchase through the Park Mobile app or website please note that the Zone number is only needed if you are purchasing a daily pass. If you would like to purchase a seasonal pass you will have to search for “City of Brigantine” in the search tab at the top of your screen.
Seasonal Parking Passes 2024
Seasonal parking passes can be purchased here. Please note that the zone number is not needed to purchase a seasonal pass. Please search “City of Brigantine” and continue from there for a Seasonal Pass. The link will take you to the ParkMobile reservation site. This is not a reservation to park. All parking areas are on a “first come, first served” basis and does not guarantee that a parking spot will be available in your desired location.
Daily Parking Passes 2024
- Step 1: Find a parking spot in your desired beach parking lot.
- Step 2: Proceed with your purchase through the ParkMobile Website or by downloading the ParkMobile App. You may also follow directions on the posted Park Mobile signs.
- Step 3: Enter zone number 88203, which is valid for any of the beach parking lots listed above.
- Step 4: Follow directions to complete purchase. Your purchase will be valid from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, in any of the lots.
Purchase of a daily parking permit is valid in all of the lots, but is not a reservation. All parking areas are on a “first come, first served” basis and does not guarantee that a parking spot will be available in your desired location.
*Please be advised that fees cannot be refunded in the case that parking is unavailable.
