Brigantine Fire Department Mission Statement

We, the members of the Brigantine Fire Department guarantee the citizens of Brigantine dependable service in a responsible fashion while showing care and compassion for those in need. We will protect lives, property and the environment through fire suppression, rescue, medical care, disaster preparedness, fire prevention and community education.

We will provide a professional and caring environment the is fair, honest and ethical, treating all individuals with respect and dignity.

Brigantine Fire Department members will be supportive and responsive to the needs of city government, in a loyal, ethical and professional manner.

We will accomplish our goal in a cost effective manner with maximum utilization of available resources, never sacrificing the safety of our members.
